Emotions are simply information. The first sign we usually have that something isn’t right in our lives is  having an emotion such as sadness, guilt, fear, or anxiety. Because we’ve been largely trained in our society “not to feel bad” we can get really good at covering up our painful emotions and giving an Academy Award performance with a speech inundated with “I’m Fine’s” and “I got this”. Whether you are experiencing sadness, lack of motivation, boredom, confusion about what you want to do with your life, dissatisfaction with relationships, life transitions, replaying stories from the past, divorce, abandonment, or a plethora of other situations causing you difficulties it can help to talk about it with a therapist. My intention is to always create a safe, supportive space for you, co-create a plan with you.
